Who are the insurance agents in this agency?
Jim is from the east side of Pennsylvania, (Springfield Township Delaware County near Philadelphia, PA) and Bonnie is from the West side of Pennsylvania (South Greensburg, PA). Jim and Bonnie Grant met in 1996 and married in 1999 in Houston, TX. Jim was a Automobile Claims Adjuster for Progressive Insurance. Bonnie worked for Mattress Giant as a Store Manager.
In 2003, Jim was recruited to become the State Claims Property Manager for Farmers Insurance for the Southern Region of Arizona. He managed a large team of Claims Adjusters in the Homeowner Division. They packed up and moved to Mesa, AZ!
While in Arizona, Bonnie began her career as a Mortgage Lender with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in Apache Junction, AZ. Jim got promoted to become the State Claims Manager for Farmers Insurance for the whole state of Nevada. So they both moved to NV in 2006. Bonnie remained with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
The good thing about Jim's experience as a claims adjuster is that Jim can help you through your time of need if you are ever involved in a car accident. Most Insurance Agents don't know what to do or take the time to help you. They only want to sell you.
When the housing crash hit in 2009, Bonnie’s first experience with auto insurance was when she was involved in a major accident with a dump truck in Youngwood, Pennsylvania in 1983. The dump truck ran a red light and T-Boned her on the passenger side of her brand new car--her first car. My life story IS Survival. I was in the Westmoreland Hospital for 3 weeks and 2 hours. I sustained a concussion, multiple spinal fractures and my right arm sustained compound fractures. If I wasn't a body builder back then, I don't know that I could have made it through that. Now that it is 39 years later, I am healthy today. I had great doctors and nurses to help me succeed. Thank you.
The lifetime injuries gave me an idea in 2009. I got an AHA moment and figured I could use the auto accident experience to help others. I became an Insurance Agent to make sure others had good insurance just like I did and still do.
My goal is to help as many people get good insurance so that they can have the same fate I did. Pictures are below.
It's clear. IF my Mom didn't have the right car insurance with the right policy limits, I wouldn't be here today. Thank you Mom. I got the right doctors and hospital care that I needed. This accident could have ended my life and my financial future. I would never ever want anyone to be in a situation without good insurance. In 2009, Bonnie began as a captive agent with Farmers Insurance. The Agency was doing so well that Jim left his position as the State Claims Manager for the Farmers Insurance Claims Department and joined her in 2010. They loved being an Agent with Farmers but they felt like something was missing. They only had one product. They only had Farmers products.
If our customers rates changed or their underwriting rules changed, they didn't have any other options for their customers. Actually one of the options they had was to lower the customer’s coverages. That was not fair to the customer because if an accident happened, they would have less coverage. A lot of times customers would cancel their life insurance policies because they couldn’t afford their car insurance. That wasn’t fair to anyone. They felt limited.
Jim and Bonnie learned that by becoming an Independent Agent, they could quote with more than one insurance carrier at a time. This gave the customer more options. If their rates changed, now they could just quote with another company. So they started a new agency. They called it All Risk Insurance Solutions, Inc.
Bonnie and Jim can now find more ways to better serve their customers. Now they are connected with 40+ different carriers—not just one! That really does deserve an exclamation point!
This opened up a whole new world, not only for them, but for their customers. Bonnie and Jim can bind and issue insurance for personal insurance, business insurance, life insurance, and Medicare products.
The definition of Insurance is risk. We want to provide solutions. We want to be your husband/wife insurance agent--just like the good 'ole days.
The definition of solutions is a means of solving a problem or dealing with a difficult situation. That is how we found the name. We have solutions to insure All Risks to protect what is yours and keep it that way. Insurance gets you back to where you started when a risk or accident occurs.
While at Farmers Insurance, Bonnie & Jim won many awards including the Blue Vase Award in 2009, the Topper Club 2011, 2015 and 2018 and the Championship Award in 2012 and 2014. Bonnie also earned the prestigious LUTCF Designation in Estate Planning. She believed that it is important to help everyone get their will and life insurance. She became a Fellow of the American College.
In our spare time, we love to take our ATV into the desert, play pool, watch movies, go on road trips, and hike in the mountains around our home. Unfortunately, Bonnie and Jim do not have kids because that truck hit her hard enough to not allow her to have kids. So they have always had fur babies as children. Our current dog is Mollie, A Cattle Dog, Bordie-Collie that we saved from the pound.

What is it like to be in an accident?
On 2/21/1983 Bonnie was on her way to go to a college class. Bonnie’s first car was hit by a dump truck in Youngwood, Pennsylvania in 1983. The guy who drove the dump truck was drunk. He ran a red light and T-Boned her brand new 1983 Plymouth Horizon on the passenger side. He actually killed someone after he hurt me. I wish he would have gotten help. They didn't have programs back then like they do now. I am grateful I was strong enough to survive. I am grateful to my Mother who had good insurance. I was in the hospital for 3 weeks. The medical costs were paid by the insurance. I believe that secured my future ability to live, work & earn an income. I was only 20. If I didn't have insurance and a lawyer, we would probably still be paying back all the costs that were involved.
My goal in telling you this is that I am on a mission to help you do the same thing my Mom did for me. Do you need good insurance? Cheap insurance is not always good but if that is what you need, we are here for you. You want good coverages at a good rate. That is the right way. If you are at-fault during an accident, your policy will pay first. If you don't have the right coverages to pay for the damages you caused, your assets could be at risk. I want to train everyone to protect their assssss-ets.
We live in a litigious climate. If you cause an accident, there is a 96% chance you would get sued. Having insurance is not the same thing as good insurance. My Mom did and I am grateful! Do you?

1/4/2022 Stop reading and just call! Because of Bonnie, I am literally paying 1/4 of the price I was paying last year. They have the ability to search for the best policy out of dozens of companies so it saves so much time and money. Will be with All Risk for a long time!!

Before contacting All risk Insurance Solutions, I assumed I had a good idea of the insurance industry. This is before I got nearly a full course worth of knowledge with bonnie at no extra charge.

7/8/2020 I knew the minute that I walked in, that this was the perfect place!! Bonnie is so kind, helpful, friendly, caring and personable!!! I took up most of her afternoon and she (and her husband Jim) never once complained. In fact , it was quite the opposite. They were so open to listening and answering any and all of my questions (no matter how trivial).. .
I had been with Horace Mann for all of my insurance needs for almost 20 years and Bonnie came in with a price that beat them by a mile!!! Woo hoo!!! I now have much more coverage for my house at a much lower price!! Auto insurance price can't be beat either!!
So if you are looking for honest, down to earth insurance brokers Bonnie ad Jim are the people to see. You will not find anyone better!!

11/29/2017 Bonnie helped me with my business Insurance. A lot of times in the past I just asked for insurance and they gave it to me and I thought it was good. I paid my bill and ran my business. I had a claim five years ago and I found out how bad my insurance was. My agent never called me.
I met Bonnie at a Meet and Eat event. She asked me to review my policy. So I decided to sit down with her. So I set an appointment and I went to Bonnie and asked her how the insurance worked. She explained the differences between general liability, property liability, workers comp and commercial auto and auto and home and even life Insurance...
She told me she could even help me with my IRA. That will be my next appointment. She answered all my questions. When she didn't know the answer, she knew who to call to get the answers. I am not one to give reviews lightly. Bonnie got me the insurance policy that I needed. The policy was more expensive because it included everything that I didn't have before. I didn't know what I was missing. If you need a comprehensive review of your policy, you want to make sure that you're protected. I pay a lot of taxes. She said she even has a way to help me with that. The things that we all need to worry about are long. You shouldn't have to worry about your policy. I am glad I took the time to discuss my concerns.

I can't even begin to tell you about the money I've saved as I have my auto, home, life and even health insurance through Bonnie Grant, but the most important thing about this agency is that Bonnie and Jim (and Dawn) really CARE about their clients. It's rare nowadays to discover a company, especially insurance, where you're made to feel like people really care about your needs. 5/24/2016 Now days is not common to find a business that appreciate our business and we (the client/customer) feel like we bother them. Not the case with Mr and Mrs Grant as well as the secretary we felt welcome (Me and my wife). But that is not the good part even do it's. We live on a fit income (we'r both retired) my wife is not 65 and she needed a medical insurance and since Mrs Grant insured our car we asked if she can help. She look at different options and showed us the difference from one to the others and we pick the best (now we know).
My wife had a abdomen pain so bad that I took her to the emergency room (on time too) had Gall bladder removed and spend three days at hospital (long story short) the bill was almost $100,000. How can we ever thank Mrs Grant to take the time and showed us the difference between the insurance when the bill was totally paid by the insurance (minus $169.00). That's caring, that's professionalism. Thank you Farmers Insurance for have agents like Bonnie Grant that still does business the old fashion way THE ONLY WAY!
